The Hare has been included in Camra’s Good Beer Guide and serves a wide selection of draught beers with usually 4 or 5 different ales on at any time. These include both well known ones such as Wadworth’s 6X, Young’s Ordinary and London Pride but also some more local ales usually from either Tring or Concrete Cow brewery.
The beers currently on sale as at 22nd February are Sharp’s Doom bar, Youngs Robinson’s Dizzy Blonde and Woodforde’s Wherry. Dark Star’s Hophead, Beartown’s Bear Ass, B&T’s Two Brewers and Shugborough’s Coachman’s Tipple are all in the cellar waiting to go on.
As well as Real Ales, we also sell Fosters, Carlsberg, Stella & Kronenbourg as draught lagers, Strongbow, John Smith’s Smooth and Guinness. Bottled beers include Becks, Budweiser, Corona, Pils and Special Brew with a range of bottled ciders as well.
